Parents and institutional staff are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal login credentials and mobile OTP access codes.

• Authorized Use: Access credentials assigned to parents are intended solely for monitoring their enrolled children's academic progress.
• Credential Safety: Promptly inform the school administration if you suspect unauthorized access to your parent or staff account.

Users must not interfere with the proper functioning of the school portal or mobile applications. Prohibited actions include:

• Submitting fraudulent admission forms or falsified student documentation.
• Attempting unauthorized access to administrative databases or other students' records.

School fee payments made via our online portals are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.

• Official Receipts: System-generated fee receipts are issued immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Fee Schedules: Fee structures, due dates, and late payment policies are governed by official school management circulars.

All institutional logos, crests, syllabus materials, and school publications belong exclusively to HEBRON MISSION SCHOOL. Software infrastructure and system framework are provided under license by our platform.

By registering on the school portal or installing the mobile application, parents consent to receive operational alerts regarding student attendance, fee receipts, exam schedules, and holiday announcements.

While HEBRON MISSION SCHOOL strives to ensure 24/7 availability of digital report cards and payment portals, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by internet service provider outages or scheduled server maintenance.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes relating to school administration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local competent courts in Bihar, India.
